Mediation Services
What is Mediation?
Mediation
is a confidential process in which an impartial third person (a
mediator) helps disputing individuals (the parties) discuss, negotiate
and explore options for settling conflicts. The mediator has no
power to make any decisions, and settlement is reached only if
each party agrees to it. Therefore, even if the process is required
by a court or another authority, reaching any decision through
the
process remains voluntary.
