The Brattleboro Walk-In Clinic provides free health and dental care for un-insured and under insured people.

The Community-Based Outpatient Clinic serves the primary health care needs of eligible veterans in the greater Brattleboro, VT area. Most of the cost of services provided to Veterans enrolling in the plan will be paid by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
