Mediation

With the help of someone trained in the art of mediation, we offer community members an opportunity to resolve conflicts and disputes in a way that maximizes the likelihood that issues will be resolved to both parties' satisfaction.

What is Mediation?

  • Mediation is a way for people in conflict to talk together with the help of an impartial third party.
  • Mediators are trained to listen carefully , clarify issues, and help people resolve their differences.
  • Mediations helps people make their own decisions about how to resolve a conflict and to better understand one anther.
  • Allows parties to reach agreements both parties can believe in

  • Co-workers
  • Police complaints
